• Advance Payment: To initiate any project, clients must make an advance payment as per our company’s terms and conditions. Once the advance payment is received, we begin work immediately. Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
  
  

• Project Cancellation: If a client decides to cancel a project after work has commenced, the advance payment will not be refunded, as per company policy.
  
  

• Project Completion & Payment: Upon completion of the project, we deliver it within the agreed timeline. Clients must settle the full payment once the project is completed. Any disputes regarding payment may lead us to seek assistance from legal authorities.
  
  

• Refund in Case of Company Error: A full refund will only be provided if the failure is due to our department’s error, such as:
  
  

  • The project is not completed as per the client’s approved quotation.

• Additional Charges: If there are any modifications or changes requested beyond the original quotation, additional charges will apply.
  
  

• Delivery Delays: A refund will not be provided due to technical issues or minor delays beyond the originally estimated delivery date.
  
  

• Third-Party Services: If clients purchase Domain, SSL, Server, Hosting, or any other services from third-party providers, we are not responsible for their policies or service failures. Additionally, our refund policy does not cover third-party services, and we do not offer guarantees for them.
